We charge on square footage; and every driveway, roof, patio, and other areas, vary in size. Fortunately, thanks to technology, we are able to offer anyone a quote instantaneously by viewing your property online. All we need is your address and a brief description of what you want done.
What is a Roof Softwash?
Some competitors in the industry pressure wash roofs, which is absolutely senseless! This causes tiles/shingles to break, also damaging any underlying adhesive and other roofing materials, leading to leaks and a significant decrease in the life expectancy of your roof.
Softwashing a roof is the process of using a biodegradable chemical that kills all the mold, algae, moss, fungus, and other organisms that grow up there. The chemical is applied and simply left to do its work.
Not only will your roof look brand new after the wash, every time it rains, the chemical will reactivate due to the water and keep cleaning your roof habitually. Thats why we’re confident in offering our 2-Year Warranty on all roof cleanings!
Do the chemicals affect my plants?
We have our chemicals diluted to a 4% mix so we won’t damage your landscape! We would never use a chemical on your house that we wouldn’t personally use on our own. On top of our chemical dilution, we cover your landscape with special tarps so we ensure your plants won’t receive a single drop of chemicals. We don’t want to be like the other guys.
Do I need to be home for my services?
No. For your convenience, you do not need to be home. All we ask is that you close your windows and doors on your service date and provide access to a working water spigot.
